The songs include themes such as staying active ("Triathlon," "Running Through America"), things kids love ("Bubbles," "Blocks," "Peek-a-Boo," "Snow Ball Fight," "Snow Angel"), odd animal songs, ("Kangaroo & Billy Too (a joey named Billy)," "Don't Poop On Me Pigeon"), and fan favorite, "Botanic Garden".

Triathlon features guest appearances by Amelia Robinson (of Mil's Trills), Grammy Award winner Justin Lansing (Okee Dokee Brothers), Nikki Verost, Patrick McClellan, and Lou Gallo.
